Specsavers Audiology Tweed City is hiring to support our Tweed community. This role focuses on customer service and administrative tasks in a busy clinic in Tweed Heads South, NSW.

You'll assist clients with rescheduling appointments, manage files, handle repairs intake, and help with Bluetooth hearing aid connections. Join us to contribute to high-quality hearing care and customer satisfaction in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients who need to reschedule appointments
• Scanning, attaching files, faxing reports and other administrative tasks
• Phone clients to confirm appointments
• Receiving in repairs and new hearing devices and assembling devices from the manufacturer
• Assist clients with Bluetooth connection to hearing aid issues
• Clean, check and repair hearing aids for clients
