Job summary

Concrete Partnerships is seeking a Customer Partnership Manager to operate from our premium Melbourne CBD showroom, managing an established territory across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania. The role focuses on building trusted customer partnerships, expanding opportunities, and shaping growth for a respected Australian business.

You’ll partner with senior leadership, manage client relationships, present solutions, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Finance to deliver

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Territory Management or Key Account Management.
  • Experience within commercial furniture, workplace solutions, fit-out, interiors or related construction industries.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing your own territory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with commercial furniture resellers, fit-out companies and project partners.
  • Manage an established portfolio of key customer accounts across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout your territory.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate outcomes that create value for customers and the business.
  • Deliver product presentations and educate customers on latest product solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and account growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting and opportunity management.

Due to continued growth and succession planning, they're seeking an experienced Customer Partnership Manager to be based from their premium Melbourne CBD showroom while managing an established territory across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.   • Represent the business professionally throughout Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania while building lasting customer partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing

We're looking for an individual who is passionate about building relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To be successful in this role you’ll ideally possess
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Territory Management or Key Account Management.
  • Experience within commercial furniture, workplace solutions, fit-out, interiors or a related construction industry.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated and customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to work autonomously while managing your own territory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot (highly regarded).
