Job summary

Centurion is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Forklift operator to join our growing team in Townsville. You will load and unload trucks, replenish stock, use RF scanning, and manage inventory to support daily warehouse operations.

You must hold a current forklift licence and be reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious. This is a permanent full-time role with a Monday–Friday day shift, with PPE provided and strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Current forklift licence required.
• Confident operating forklifts and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move freight throughout the warehouse.
• Handle general, palletised and oversize freight safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and data entry.
• Support stock movements and replenishment activities.
• Operate RF scanners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.

Job description

Centurion is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse & Forklift operator to join our on growing team. Your duties will include loading and unloading trucks with a forklift, stock replenishment, RF scanning, inventory control, freight handling, stock movements, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. You will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately while maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

The successful candidate will have previous warehouse experience, a current forklift licence, and confidence operating forklifts. You will be a reliable team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.

Skills and Experience:

• Load, unload, and move freight throughout the warehouse.
• Handle general, ugly, palletised and oversize freight
• Previous experience in a fast-paced operational environment or warehouse
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Reliable and Punctual
• Capacity to lift and carry heavy objects
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Working with RF scanners to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Responsible and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
