Working closely with survivors, their families and support networks, as well as internal and external stakeholders, you will provide trauma-informed guidance, assess eligibility, coordinate referrals and specialist support services, and contribute to positive outcomes for some of Queensland's most vulnerable community members.

This is a temporary full-time from 11 January 2027 to 30 June 2028 opportunity based statewide across Queensland. This position can be performed from any QPT office.

Why join QPT?
  • Make a genuine difference in people's lives: Support survivors of institutionalised child sexual abuse by providing compassionate, trauma-informed assistance throughout their National Redress Scheme journey.
  • Build strong stakeholder partnerships: Collaborate with government agencies, service providers, advocates and support networks to deliver coordinated and meaningful outcomes for survivors.
  • Develop specialist expertise: Gain valuable experience in trauma-informed practice, complex case management, legislative application and stakeholder engagement within a specialised service environment.
