Job summary

nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician in Warburton, VIC to install copper or fibre cabling, set up customer equipment, identify faults and support homes or small businesses. You'll work independently with full training, tools provided and a safety-first approach.

Hours are 7am–7pm with flexibility; full-time employment with ongoing training and career growth within a national digital network. Prior telecommunications experience isn’t required; you’ll be taught everything on the job.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, customer-focused work style.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Clear communication with customers and teams.
• Current, clean driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Install copper or fibre cabling and customer equipment.
• Complete installations, repairs and maintenance across nbn technologies.
• Identify and fix faults and assist customers in homes or businesses.
• Work independently with flexible hours (7am-7pm).
