nbn is seeking a permanent, full-time Customer Field Technician based in Geelong to join our field workforce. You’ll receive full training, tools and a company vehicle, with a focus on connecting homes and communities as part of Australia’s digital future.

Join us in a hands-on, customer‑facing role where safety, clear communication and pride in quality work are valued. Training and ongoing support are provided, with stable hours and a pathway to grow within the national network.

Formación

• No prior telecommunications experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to work hands-on and speak with customers.
• Must have a current, clean Driver’s Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Installations, repairs and maintenance across nbn technologies at homes or businesses.
• Set up customer equipment and cabling; identify and fix faults.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure customers are informed throughout the process.
• Work hours are 7am–7pm with flexibility based on business needs.
