Job summary

HammondCare is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist based in Sydney with hybrid work options. You will scope and implement consumer-centric projects, map consumer journeys, and use data to drive continuous improvement across HammondCare services.

You will lead Voice of Customer programs, report metrics, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure a unified, customer-focused experience. A relevant degree and 3+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar role improving consumer experience
• Experience gathering consumer feedback for continual improvement
• Ability to write engaging communications for customer-centric programs

Responsibilities

• Scope and plan CX projects with the Head of Consumer Experience
• Develop implementation plans embedding changes across systems and processes
• Manage Voice of Customer surveys and feedback tools
• Monitor CX performance metrics and report insights
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes
