Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers – Geelong VIC is seeking a Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. You will manage a high-volume telephone switchboard, respond to customer enquiries, and guide customers through our services before, during and after auctions.

The successful candidate will be friendly, patient, and able to learn new software, maintaining a highly professional customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient with computers and new software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high-volume telephone switchboard and respond to inquiries.
• Explain bidding process and unreserved auctions to customers.
• Support auction registration and post-sale payment inquiries.
• Document interactions and maintain records.
• Provide general administrative support.
