Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role providing direct service to customers.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high-volume telephone switchboard and respond to customer enquiries.
• Explain the bidding process and unreserved auctions to customers.
• Assist with online registration and auction participation.
• Document and track customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Provide information on past and upcoming auctions and related services.
• Support post-sale accounts receivable enquiries and payment processing.
