Job summary

Tea Tree Gully Gymsports is seeking a passionate Member Services Manager to lead the team and oversee front-of-house operations, café and birthday party programs at Banksia Park. This permanent part-time role (20–30 hours per week) focuses on exceptional member experiences, rostering, training and ensuring high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or team leadership.
• Experience using iClassPro.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support the Member Services Team.
• Oversee enrolments, transfers, waitlists and class administration.
• Manage the club cafe operations and cafe staff.
• Coordinate birthday party bookings and delivery.
• Monitor customer service standards and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and support management with administration.
