We are seeking a passionate, organised and customer-focused Member Services Manager to lead our Member Services Team and oversee the operation of our Member Services, Café and Birthday Party programs at our Banksia Park facility.
This is a permanent part-time position of approximately 20–30 hours per week. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, supporting the café, coordinating birthday party bookings and delivery, and leading a team committed to creating positive experiences for members and visitors.
Lead, mentor and support the Member Services Team
Coordinate staff rosters and daily staffing requirements
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of Member Services staff
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Foster a positive, professional and customer-focused team culture
Ensure staff are appropriately trained and supported to deliver high-quality service
Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered
Manage member enquiries, concerns and feedback in a professional manner
Support the resolution of customer issues and escalated matters
Develop initiatives to enhance member engagement, retention and satisfaction
Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and visitors
Work collaboratively with coaches, program leaders and management to support member needs
Oversee enrolments, transfers, waitlists and class administration
Maintain accurate member records and program information
Monitor and manage daily operational processes within iClassPro and related systems
Assist with communications to members regarding programs, events and club updates
Prepare reports and provide administrative support to management as required
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and child-safe requirements
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the club café
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
Ensure food safety, cleanliness and customer service standards are maintained
Work with management to monitor café performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the continued growth and success of the café as a valued service for members and visitors
Oversee the administration and delivery of the club's birthday party program
Manage party bookings, enquiries and customer communications
Coordinate staffing and resource requirements for birthday parties
Ensure parties are delivered to a high standard and provide an exceptional customer experience
Monitor feedback and identify opportunities to enhance and grow the program

Experience using membership management software such as iClassPro
Experience overseeing café, retail or hospitality operations
Experience coordinating events, functions or birthday parties
Experience handling customer complaints and conflict resolution
Permanent part-time employment (20–30 hours per week including some weekend work)
