Job summary

Alpine Shire Council is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to lead and continually improve the service offered by our Customer Service team. You will ensure a great experience for residents, businesses and visitors, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a passion for customer service, plus the ability to manage rostering and day-to-day operations in Bright. This is a permanent full-time position with Band 6 classification, based in the Alpine Shire region.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary qualification or relevant experience in Administration and Customer Service.
• Energetic and engaging personality.
• Victorian driver licence.
• Valid Victorian Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and foster a culture of excellence in customer experience
• Identify and deliver on training and coaching opportunities
• Identify and implement improvements to customer service processes and tools
• Identify opportunities to share best practices with other customer facing teams
• Oversee day-to-day team functioning, including rostering and task allocation
