Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, healthcare, disability or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Experience managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience processing orders, appointments, invoicing or billing activities.
• Confidence using multiple systems and learning new technology quickly.
• Ability to manage challenging customer conversations professionally and empathetically.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service over the phone, online and in store.
• Process customer orders, enquiries, returns and refunds.
