Job summary

Nutrition Systems, a leading Australian sports nutrition distributor, seeks a Customer Service Champion to join our friendly NSW team. Based at our Arndell Park office, you will manage inbound communications, process orders, and assist corporate clients with high-quality service while contributing to cross-selling opportunities across energy drinks, sports foods and supplements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or front-desk receptionist roles preferred.
• Newcomers with strong desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer communications via phone, email and digital platforms with high service standards.
• Accurate data entry, process orders, manage credit claims, payments, invoicing and scheduling courier deliveries.
• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across energy drinks, sports foods and dietary supplements.
• De-escalate concerns and provide solutions to customer queries.
