Sydney Tools is Australia’s leading retailer of industrial tools, with over 120 stores across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Head Office and own the customer experience through phone, email and live chat.

You will support our commercial customers and internal sales team, handling inquiries from start to finish with a focus on accuracy, timely responses, and a team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and multitasking.
• Willingness to learn and mature attitude.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer experience from phone, email and live chat.
