Job summary

Sydney Tools in Penrith, NSW is seeking a customer-focused sales team member to support counter and phone transactions, provide product information, and drive promotions.

You will handle queries, maintain in-store displays, and work one weekend day weekly, contributing to a high-energy team with ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail.
• Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with tools or power tools is a plus.
