The BUSY Group in Southport on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to connect people with employment, apprenticeships, and training opportunities. You will manage inbound and outbound calls with empathy, respond to enquiries with tailored solutions, and use the full range of services to meet customer needs.

• Background working with multiple computer systems.
• Desirably, previous experience in a call centre environment.
• Excellent customer and client interpersonal skills.
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no outcomes.

About the role…

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will build and maintain professional relationships with people from all walks of life, connecting them with employment, apprenticeship, and training opportunities.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Respond to enquiries and provide tailored solutions
• Use your knowledge of The BUSY Group’s full range of services to meet customer needs

Unlike traditional contact centres, our team is measured on quality, not call length. We focus on listening, identifying needs, and creating a memorable, personalised experience for every caller.

This is a full time permanent opportunity, based out of our Southport office. We are located walking distance to the beach and close to public transport.
