Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Manager, Customer Engineering in Sydney, Australia. You will enable and coach a technical team, shadowing prospects and customers, ensuring workloads are balanced and issues are resolved quickly. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to drive revenue targets.

You will guide cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver scalable customer solutions and ensure high customer success across the ANZ region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams and driving performance.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.
• Proven record managing escalations and customer outcomes.
• Experience in pre-sales cycles and aligning technical solutions with sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of the ANZ market and regional dynamics.
