We’re seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a role that combines Sales, Office Administration, and Customer Service. This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and client focus.
In this role, you’ll support the smooth running of our office, prepare accurate customer files, and deliver exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with our different teams throughout the customer journey, contributing to both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Provide professional, client-focused communication across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Assist with office administration tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and general support.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively educate clients and support precise quotations.
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal processes.
Support a collaborative team environment by contributing to shared goals and tasks.
