Job summary

A&L Windows & Doors is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dandenong South. You will process quotes, sales orders, service orders and scheduling while delivering exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.

Join a large, supportive Customer Service team led by experienced leadership. A full-time role with ongoing training and scope to build a long-term career in a growing building products company.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in windows, building products, construction, or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of windows and doors products helps you get up to speed quickly.
• SAP experience and strong computer skills with MS Office are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process customer quotes, sales orders, service orders, credits and debits.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly, professionally and accurately.
• Coordinate job scheduling and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, Account Managers and internal departments.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and elevate issues where required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to support compliance and traceability.
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve service, quality and KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive safety culture.

About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dandenong South. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of quotes, sales orders, service requests, and job scheduling while delivering exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced role supporting high-volume residential builders, where you'll be the key link between customers and our operations teams. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy the challenge of managing a busy workload while building strong customer relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You’ll join a large and supportive Customer Service team, led by three Team Leaders and an experienced Customer Support Manager. With experienced leadership and ongoing training, you’ll be set up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Process customer quotes, sales orders, service orders, credits, and debits

Ideally, You’ll Bring

• Previous customer service experience within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within the windows, building products, construction, or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of windows and doors would be highly advantageous. Coming into the role already understanding the product offering will help you get up to speed quickly and confidently.
• SAP experience is beneficial, along with strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first approach
