Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Australia is seeking an experienced Equipment & Logistics Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Dishwash, Bulk Equipment, Dry Store and Bar Packing areas. You will ensure airline equipment and stock are managed, packed and delivered on schedule while driving safety and inventory accuracy.

You'll oversee rostering, workforce planning and cross-training, support performance and development, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards across a high-volume

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory role within logistics or high-volume operations.
• Knowledge of logistics management, inventory control and production processes.
• Hold a current Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain).
• Full ongoing working rights in Australia and able to pass pre-employment checks.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Equipment & Wash departments.
• Ensure flight equipment, bar stock and dry stores are packed accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with operational teams to meet delivery and service requirements.

• Conduct team briefings and support performance and development activities.

About The Role

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, airline catering or another high-volume operational environment.
• Proven knowledge of logistics management, inventory control and production processes.
• Hold a current Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including National Police Check and medical assessments.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance and professional standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to
• lead and motivate diverse teams.
