Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Mascot, NSW, is seeking an Equipment & Logistics Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Dishwash, Bulk Equipment, Dry Store and Bar Packing sections. You will ensure airline equipment and stock are managed, packed and delivered to schedule while driving safety, inventory accuracy and team performance, with rostering, training and compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, airline catering or another high-volume operational environment.
• Proven knowledge of logistics management, inventory control and production processes.
• Hold a current Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks, including National Police Check and medical assessments.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance and professional standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.

• Ensure flight equipment, bar stock and dry stores are packed accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with operational teams to meet delivery and service requirements.
• Manage rostering, workforce planning and cross-training initiatives.
• Conduct team briefings and support performance and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety and company standards.

About the Role
