Job summary

Troocoo Government is seeking multiple enthusiastic and reliable Customer Contact Officers to join the team within a large Local Government client, based in Caloundra, Queensland. The roles are 12-month casual contracts with flexible rostering and travel to Nambour and Maroochydore as needed.

You will handle phone, email and face-to-face interactions, delivering a high-quality customer experience and accurate information.
