Job summary

Troocoo Government is seeking multiple enthusiastic Customer Contact Officers to join a large Local Government client in Caloundra. This casual 12-month contract includes occasional travel to Nambour and Maroochydore, with a pay rate of $38.05 per hour plus super.

You will deliver high-quality customer experiences across phone, email and face-to-face interactions, handling inquiries and providing accurate information while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.
