Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex customer communications programs in large-scale change.
• Outstanding writing and multi-channel communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear messages.
• Excellent planning, governance and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated customer communication strategies across the migration journey.
• Create clear communications translating regulatory, legal and operational requirements into simple messages.
• Manage communication schedules, dependencies, approvals and governance processes.
• Collaborate across Legal, Risk, Product, Operations, Technology and frontline teams.
• Equip customer-facing teams with resources and messaging to support customers.
