Independent Living Specialists Bathurst is seeking a full-time Retail Showroom Assistant to join our team. You will open/close the showroom, handle transactions, and help customers explore our range from mobility aids to home care beds, with a strong focus on service excellence.

Qualifications
- Retail background and customer service experience.
- Familiar with healthcare products is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to engage with the local community.
- SAP experience valued.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the showroom and balance transactions.
- Prepare reports and review sales data, open orders and quotes.
- Actively seek new clients, contracts and marketing opportunities.
- Assist customers with product questions and explain services offered by ILS.
- Process quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently.
- Represent ILS in the Bathurst community and build relationships.
- Maintain WHS compliance at showroom level.
