Blackwoods in Carole Park, QLD is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to deliver outstanding service to customers across Australia. You will handle sales, service and backorder enquiries, aiming for first-call resolution while promoting solutions from our extensive product range.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre (industrial supply/trade knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work well in a team and foster positive relationships.
• Computer literacy (Windows, telephony systems).
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse and solve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, service and backorder enquiries, aiming for first-call resolution.
• Build strong relationships with customers, Account Managers and internal teams.
• Use questioning techniques and systems to provide the best product and service solutions.
• Identify future sales or cross-selling opportunities.
• Support team members and contribute to group projects.
