Blackwoods is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to assist customers across Australia via our call centre. You will deliver timely, high‑quality service and help customers find the right solutions from our extensive product range while contributing to sales and upholding our Customer Promise.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centre environments is preferred.
• Industrial supply/trade knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication and proactive problem solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales, service and backorder enquiries, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Build relationships with customers, Account Managers and internal teams.
• Use questioning techniques and systems to provide the best product and service solutions.
• Identify future sales or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Support team members and contribute to group projects.
• Seek ways to improve processes and create efficiencies.
