Job summary

Macquarie Group is evolving its Business Banking product suite to deliver superior client experiences across Australia. The Business Lending Product team drives day-to-day operations, collateral management, and cross-functional transformation initiatives with stakeholders in legal, risk, distribution, and technology.

You will identify opportunities for improvement using data insights to prioritise work, collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and help shape a faster, more connected lending

What role will you play?

As a member of the Business Lending Product team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Business Lending product suite. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day product operations, managing and uplifting product collateral and contributing to transformation initiatives which will involve working closely with stakeholders across legal, non-financial risk, distribution, credit risk and technology. You will also identify opportunities for improvement and use data and insights to inform prioritisation decisions.
