Weploy in Melbourne is seeking a customer-focused problem solver to join our Service Centre team supporting roadside assistance and accident-related situations. This is a highly supportive, fast-paced environment where empathy, resilience, and quick thinking are essential.

You’ll handle inbound calls, triage situations, liaise with providers, process claims in CRM, and ensure accurate records while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• Proven customer service experience in a contact centre or service role (hospitality, retail, admin encouraged).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems quickly.
• Comfort navigating multiple systems and CRM platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Willingness to rotate rosters on early 6am–8:30pm shifts after training.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound calls relating to roadside assistance, accident support, and general customer inquiries.
• Triage customer situations and coordinate appropriate support services.
• Liaise with external providers to arrange assistance.
• Answer overflow reception calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Process claim lodgements and update customer records accurately within CRM systems.
• Coordinate follow-ups and administrative tasks relating to customer cases.
• Navigate multiple systems including CRM platforms and claims systems.
• Deliver exceptional service while meeting quality, compliance, and service standards.
