Responsibilities

• Handle insurance benefits verification and determine eligibility.
• Process orders, coordinate shipping, and collect documentation.
• Explain product usage and benefits to customers.
• Obtain prior authorizations and ensure compliance with payer guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and provide empathetic support.
• Collaborate with Case Management, OmniPod Sales, and Billing teams.
• Document interactions in the customer database and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Achieve target call and order metrics and contribute to process improvements.
