Job summary

Ausreo in Deception Bay invites applications for a Customer Services Officer to join our Trade Service Centre. You will be the face of Ausreo, handling sales inquiries, showroom visits and customer support with a focus on delivering friendly, practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking and a proactive approach to helping customers both in person and online.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and written skills are essential.
• Experience in retail, hardware or trade environments is preferred.
• Steel industry experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in customer service and the full customer journey.
• Greet and assist customers in showroom and showroom floor.
• Promote Ausreo products to generate sales and support merchandising.
• Process sales orders, quotations, and engage with e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate stock and showroom presentation to ensure availability.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve enquiries quickly.
• Maintain accurate records and support warehouse and logistics as needed.
