Responsibilities

• Process all order processing and service-related activities to ensure accurate, timely handling of customer requirements.
• Provide courteous and professional responses for product and order inquiries.
• Handle quotations, order entry, edits and maintenance, and billing issues.
• Analyze and resolve customer requests using established procedures.
• Identify and report customer issues and potential sales leads to Supervisor/Sales Management.
• Coordinate with sales on incoming/outgoing goods schedules and feedback.
