Blackwoods Mackay is seeking a Customer Care professional to be the go-to for customers seeking support. You'll answer enquiries, investigate solutions, manage orders, and collaborate with teams across the Wesfarmers group to deliver outstanding service.

This permanent role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities at our Mackay QLD office, with a focus on fast-paced environments, accurate records, and building lasting customer relationships.
