Job summary

Blackwoods is seeking a Customer Care Consultant for the Coffs Harbour NSW Store. You will be the face of the business, delivering exceptional in-store service, guiding customers on a wide range of industrial products, and contributing to a fast-paced, friendly team environment.

You’ll assist with stock keeping, merchandising, and maintaining a safe, well-presented store front. A proactive attitude and reliable communication are essential as you learn the role and support co-workers daily.

Job description

We are looking for an approachable and organised Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal support within our Coffs Harbour NSW Store!

Acting as the face of the business, you’ll be responsible for creating a great customer service experience, assisting with the smooth running of our store and adding to our friendly culture.

There is a lot to learn within this role; making this role ideal for a retail all-rounder who loves operating in a fast-paced environment, learning new things and helping their co-workers.

Comfort with lifting up to 15kg loads will be a requirement for this position. If you are proactive, communicate well and are reliable; apply with us today!
