Job summary

Bella Boheme is seeking a warm, organised Customer Care Assistant to join our team at the Blue Mountains HQ in NSW. You’ll support day-to-day customer enquiries across online channels, helping customers with sizing, orders, and returns while delivering our signature friendly service.

About the Role

As our Customer Care Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day management of customer enquiries across Bella Boheme's online channels.

From helping a customer choose the right size to answering an order enquiry or responding to a social media message, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects the warm and personal service Bella Boheme is known for.

You’ll work closely with our Customer Care Specialist and wider warehouse, retail and online teams to resolve enquiries quickly and create a seamless customer experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting our Customer Care Specialist with daily customer enquiries

• Responding to customer emails in a warm, professional and timely manner

• Answering incoming customer phone calls

• Responding to social media messages, comments and enquiries

• Assisting customers with sizing, fit and product information

• Helping with order enquiries, shipping updates and general online support

• Assisting with returns, exchanges and customer resolutions

• Following up customer enquiries where required

• Liaising with our warehouse and wider team to resolve order-related questions

• Maintaining accurate customer notes and records

• Escalating more complex enquiries to our Customer Care Specialist when required

• Helping maintain Bella Boheme's high standard of customer care during busy launches, sales and promotional periods

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely likes helping people.

You'll be patient, positive and solution-focused, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers across phone, email and social media.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous customer service, customer care, retail or eCommerce experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A warm and professional phone manner

• Strong attention to detail

• Great organisation and time-management skills

• Confidence managing multiple enquiries and priorities at once

• A calm and positive approach to resolving customer concerns

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly

• The ability to work independently while also being part of a busy team

• A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

Experience within fashion, retail or eCommerce will be highly regarded.

Experience using AI tools within the workplace is also beneficial, as we're always looking for smarter and more efficient ways to support our customers and team.
