Blue Illusion is seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our boutique team in Australia, delivering personalised shopping experiences and fashionable styling advice. You’ll work about 10 hours weekly, typically on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, contributing to a welcoming boutique atmosphere and sustainable brand values.

Ideal candidates enjoy fashion, people, and building connections with customers, while supporting stock, deliveries, and online orders as part of a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or styling preferred.

• Ability to work 10 hours per week across Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

About the Role

As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you’ll work approximately 10 hours per week (ie. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday shifts), creating memorable in‑store experiences for our customers while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the boutique. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys styling, building genuine customer connections, and being part of a brand that values sustainability and community as much as fashion.
