Blue Illusion Pty is seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our Canberra boutique. You’ll create memorable in-store experiences, support daily operations, and help customers find pieces that reflect our French-inspired, sustainable fashion story.

You’ll enjoy styling, building genuine connections, and contributing to a brand that values community and climate-conscious fashion. The role roughly 30 hours per fortnight, with flexible shifts to suit retail rhythms.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fashion environment preferred.
• Ability to style and advise customers respectfully.
• Comfort with stock replenishment and in-store merchandising.
• Applicants must have valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand.

About the Role

As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you’ll work approximately 30 hours per fortnight (approximately 2 - 3 shifts per week), creating memorable in‑store experiences for our customers while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the boutique. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys styling, building genuine customer connections, and being part of a brand that values sustainability and community as much as fashion.
