Job summary

Blue Illusion, an Australian-owned women’s fashion retailer, is seeking a Part Time Sales Assistant to provide warm, personalised service in-store. You’ll work approximately 7 hours per week across two shifts, styling customers and ensuring the boutique stays on-brand and welcoming.

You’ll support visual merchandising, handle deliveries, assist with online orders, and connect with customers to build lasting relationships, all while living our values of sustainability, community and fashion.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail preferred.
• Ability to style and recommend outfits.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Create warm, personalised customer experiences and styling recommendations.
• Support Store Manager with visual merchandising to keep the boutique on-brand.
• Process deliveries and maintain organised stock rooms.
• Assist with online order fulfilment and in-store pickups.

About the Role

As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you’ll work approximately 7 hours per week (two shifts a week), creating memorable in‑store experiences for our customers while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the boutique. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys styling, building genuine customer connections, and being part of a brand that values sustainability and community as much as fashion.
