Bella Boheme is seeking a warm, organised Customer Care Assistant to join our team at the Blue Mountains HQ in NSW. You’ll support day-to-day customer enquiries across online channels, helping customers with sizing, orders, and returns while delivering our signature friendly service.

Working with the Customer Care Specialist and wider teams, you’ll help create a seamless, human experience for every Bella Boheme customer, even during busy launches and promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or ecommerce experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organised, patient and solution-focused.
• Ability to work with multiple inquiries and teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer enquiries across online channels.
• Respond to emails, calls and social media messages.
• Assist with sizing, order information, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and coordinate with warehouse teams.
