Job summary

Commonwealth Bank in Atherton is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for the Atherton Branch on a part-time, 20 hours per week contract.

You will be the face of CommBank, greeting customers, guiding enquiries to the right channel, and demonstrating in-branch and digital banking options to help ensure a smooth, efficient service within the branch. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:30am–1:30pm, with a contract through March 2028.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Greet customers and understand enquiries to guide them to the appropriate channel.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanour.
