Job summary

NAB Edenhope is seeking a Branch Customer Advisor in a part-time role based at the Edenhope branch. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm, 5 days per week, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service in a local banking environment.

You will identify suitable products and services for customers and demonstrate Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, safe and convenient. This role emphasizes customer centricity, accuracy, and teamwork in a supportive NAB culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering frontline customer service.
• Ability to identify customer needs and explain banking options.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for NAB customers at the Edenhope branch.
• Identify suitable banking products and services for customers (e.g., account opening, lending, transactions).

• Support NAB's LOCATION and surrounding branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure
