Job summary

NAB Edenhope Branch is hiring a Branch Customer Advisor for a part-time role. You will be the friendly face greeting customers and guiding them through basic banking needs in a local setting.

You will help customers open accounts, process transactions, and explain NAB’s Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, secure and convenient. This role supports the Edenhope team with accurate, efficient service.

Branch Customer Advisor - Banking - Edenhope

• Part-time position base in our Edenhope Branch
• 5 days per week
• Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm

• Support NAB's LOCATION and surrounding branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure
