Job summary

NAB Busselton Branch seeks a dedicated Branch Customer Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and support. You will help customers open accounts, complete transactions, and advise on suitable banking solutions while upholding NAB’s customer-centric standards.

You’ll promote digital options to simplify banking and ensure secure, efficient service for every visit, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive branch environment.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Support NAB's Busselton branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

The Hours

Join our team in this role either 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday 8:45 - 4:30) or 5 days per week with the hours of 9:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
