Job summary

National Australia Bank is hiring Customer Advisors in Central Victoria. Roles are based across multiple branches with 5-day weeks (Mon–Fri, 8:45am–5:30pm). Both full-time and part-time opportunities available. You’ll be welcomed with onboarding and training, and receive benefits across banking discounts, travel, wellness and leave options.

Responsibilities

• Support our Central Victorian Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers and put them at the centre of everything you do.
• Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
• Ensure our customers receive a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date.
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy and secure.
• Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career.
