Isaac Regional Council in Moranbah is seeking a permanent full-time Administration Officer to join our Business Services Team. Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Administration, this role provides customer service, administrative and financial support to the Infrastructure Services Directorate.

You will bring advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, plus experience with word processing, spreadsheets, data entry and drafting correspondence.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in word processing, spreadsheet creation, data entry and drafting correspondence.
• Familiar with invoice processing and reconciliations in finance tasks.
• Ability to liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service and frontline support for the Infrastructure Services Directorate.
• Deliver administrative support and documentation as required by the team.
