Job summary

Isaac Regional Council is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Business Services Team in Moranbah. You will deliver customer service and perform essential administrative and financial duties for the Water and Waste Directorate, ensuring accurate data handling and timely reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, a collaborative mindset, and at least three years in similar admin and service positions.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in word processing, spreadsheet creation, data entry, drafting correspondence, and general office duties.
• Over three years of experience in administrative and customer service roles with exposure to finance and bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, administrative and financial support to the Water and Waste Directorate.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports and assist with data entry and data analysis as required.
