Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Customer Activity & Planning Executive to drive positive customer experiences by managing commercial equipment placement, account setup and service coordination across field engineers.

You will own day-to-day issues, coordinate resources, and work with Sales and Field Service to meet SLAs while maintaining data integrity in Oracle, SAP, Nintex and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Experience using systems such as Oracle, SAP, Nintex and SharePoint is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure, use initiative and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer account creation, updates and closures across Nintex, SAP and Oracle, ensuring accurate data.
• Coordinate equipment requests, including lead capture, commercial viability, contracts, surveys and orders.
• Plan and manage service, installation and uplift activity for field-based engineers and contractors.
• Optimise resource capacity, workloads and productivity across the assigned geographical area.
• Liaise with customers, Sales, Field Service and other stakeholders to ensure activities are completed within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure equipment and customer information is accurate.
• Manage customer charging and cross-charges before progressing activity.
• Support new processes, systems and continuous improvement to improve efficiency and customer experience.
