Alex Gatfield seeks an experienced Custody Client Services Manager for a 10-month contract in Melbourne. The role focuses on managing institutional client relationships and custody services, with opportunities to expand business through additional products and services.

You will respond to client inquiries, coordinate activities, and act as a trusted consultant on Trust and Custody offerings, regulatory changes, and market conditions. Travel to client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have direct experience in asset servicing environment.
• Proven client servicing background in financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to interpret legal docs (e.g., SLA) and advise clients.

Responsabilités

• Act as key consultant to clients and coordinate delivery of Trust and Custody services.
• Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating service teams and timely deliverables.
• Understand client's business objectives and market challenges.
• Counsel clients on banking products/services and regulatory changes.
• Develop solutions to client needs and coordinate delivery of new services.
• Support client profitability and account growth.
• Travel to client sites as required for revenue or service opportunities.
