Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Australia is seeking a Custody Client Facing Associate within Global Custody Services. You will deliver superior client experience to multiple custody clients and ensure timely, accurate responses while maintaining risk controls.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams, develop strong internal relationships, and contribute to operational opportunities that improve settlement timeliness and through-processing using available tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of client facing operational experience with a custodian, fund administrator, fund manager or equivalent.
• Experience providing client facing and/or operational support for global equity and fixed income settlements, asset servicing, cash and FX.
• Experience supporting Global Fund Managers and Australian Superannuation Funds.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external financial services clients.
• Proven track record using KPIs and metrics to drive process improvements and client excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service excellence for Custody clients including Local and Global Asset Managers and superannuation funds.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries.
• Maintain a client support model including periodic client reviews and due diligence meetings.
• Use KPIs and metrics to drive continual process development and service improvements.
• Lead and collaborate across Custody client facing teams with internal stakeholder взаимодействие
• Build strong relationships with internal business and product teams across Global Custody.
• Coordinate with Global Settlement, Trades Processing, Asset Servicing and related processing teams.
